The investment seeks to track the ICE Exchange-Listed Fixed Rate Financial Preferred Securities Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the value of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in preferred securities of companies in the financials sector, and in derivatives and other investments that have economic characteristics similar to preferred securities of companies in the financials sector (the “80% investment policy”). It is non-diversified.
