Strategy

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in the securities of small- to mid-cap companies that pass the fund’s values-based screens. Small- to mid-cap companies are defined as companies included in the S&P 1000® Index from time to time. Fund investments may also include other investment companies and real estate investment trusts.
